Facilities Manager

12-month full-time position available July 1, 2013.  Enrollment 1650, five buildings. Requirements: experience in management of school facilities, planning and building projects, supervision of custodial and maintenance staff, preventative maintenance, security and budget.  Strong supervision, organization and communication skills a must.  Minimum bachelor’s degree in a facilities/construction management or related management field preferred or equivalent acceptable related work experience a must. Salary based on experience min. $40,617.
