Teachers of Pennville Elementary School Submitted by Earl Mummert, class of 45. His brothers along with Earl were students at the school. Located in this picture are the four teachers assigned to the Pennville Elementary School which was a four room school house, located in the 600 block of Frederick Street. (from left to right) Principal, Mr. Charles Lucabaugh who taught 7th and 8th grades, Miss Anna Raubestein who taught 1st and 2nd grades, Miss Mary Fridinger who taught 5th and 6th grades and Mr. Russell Wentz, who taught 5th and 6th grades.
