Patricia (Wise) Keffer

Danbury, Connecticut

Pat and her husband, Larry, live in Danbury, CT.  They met at a dance in 1955, and they have three children and six grandchildren.

She was a nurse and he was in management, and they are both retired. Pat’s hobbies are gardening, antiquing, and traveling. They have traveled throughout the USA and Canada. They enjoy live performances of major entertainers, ballet, Broadway type musicals, plays, county fairs, local band concerts, and events their grandchildren are in.

She feels the education we got at EHS was better than that of today’s public high schools and Mary Menges got her vote for most effective teacher.

Pat sometimes thinks of the good old days when she liked life’s slower pace, however, she does appreciate our modern advances in medical technology.

She is proud of …

“Raised three well adjusted and successful children.”

Pat got her RN at Washington County Hospital in Hagarstown, Md. In 1958.
