Arlene (Warner) Marsh

Hanover, Pa.

Arlene and her husband, Bill, (also Class of ’54) live in Hanover. They have one son,  three granddaughters, and one great grandson!  She was a merchandise manager, he was an electrician, and they are both retired.

Arlene’s hobbies are playing bingo, computer games, and going to the beach.

She liked the carefree living and less traffic of the 50’s, but she also enjoys and appreciates the advanced technology of the 2000’s.

Arlene is proud of her career at the Bon Ton. “In 1965, I accepted a position with the middle management team at the Bon Ton, and I became very successful in that position for many years.”

Her message to her classmates is …

“In April 1956, I married Bill Marsh, my high school sweetheart. We lived near the Marine Corps base at Cherry Point NC where our son was born in May,

1958. After we returned to civilian life, I was employed at the Bon Ton for 37 years,  from 1960 to 1997. Bill and I are very proud of our son, Michael, who has a wonderful wife and family, and he is successful as a shift supervisor.”
