Washington’s first graders used our engineering skills to make STEAM parachutes today. The students enjoy learning about the creative ways to explore, design, and work as a team for success.
Recently, Hanover Street Elementary School STEAM program was recognized as an Exemplary Program by the Shippensburg University School Study Council. Mrs. Arnold and Mrs. Ross shared information about our STEAM program with the many educators in the room.
The Hanover Area YMCA is offering a free summer swim and read program for HPSD students entering third or fourth grade. The program runs from July 9th to August 17th, MWF 9 to 11:30 AM.
On May 8, 2018, the VIP² program was recognized as an Exemplary Program by the Shippensburg University School Study Council. The program was recognized because of its positive impact on preparing students for the future.
As we approach the end of the school year, our fourth grade students will participate in various activities to help them transition to becoming fifth graders at Hanover Middle School.
