HHS is proud to announce that there were 51 students who received a 3 or above on an AP exam. Advanced Placement (AP) is a program in the United States and Canada created by the College Board which offers college-level courses and exams to high school students.
October is National Bullying Prevention Month, but here at HMS, we have already begun speaking with our students about bullying. Since 5th grade brings together new students from all three buildings, for the very first time, we go to great lengths to make sure students understand what bullying looks like, sounds like, and feels like.
We are blessed with many resourceful tools to utilize at H.P.S.D. In this picture a third grade student is learning how use a program called Study Island.
The HHS Parent Advisory Committee is open to any parent or guardian who wants to learn more about all aspects of the HHS experience. Parents receive current information on what is happening now, as well as plans for the future of HHS.
The HPSD Pep Band is excited to be sporting new uniforms this year. Be sure to catch a Pep Band performance at a home Nighthawk football game!
