Each and everyday students explore math. Our Everyday Math Series builds in activities which encourage students to use their imagination and their inquiry skills to find the answer.
At the beginning and end of every school year, the students at Washington Elementary participate in Fountas and Pinnell (F&P) assessments. These assessments look at a combination of accuracy and comprehension to determine what level of book each child is best matched with.
